I just had a hernia surgery performed by Dr. Neena Singh 2 weeks ago & I can tell you she is AWESOME! I'm so glad I picked her to perform my surgery. The moment I met her for my initial consultation, I already knew that I made the right choice. She took her time to explain the procedure to me in depth, never made me feel rushed, she answered every question that I had, and she made me feel very comfortable. Needless to say, the procedure went very well. Her & her staff were fantastic! She mentioned in her UA-cam video that becoming a surgeon was like a calling. Well, I'm glad she answered that calling! She is very knowledgeable & caring, and I could not imagine her in any other profession. God has given her a gift, and she is passing it on to her patients! Virtua is very lucky to have her! I would recommend her to anybody! And if I ever need a surgery in the future, I sure hope it's something she performs. Dr. Singh, ........................ YOUR THE BEST! Daves compassion for new nurses is palpable. This interview is a must-watch for all in healthcare.

Nursing during the pandemic was wild, 16 hour shifts like 5 in a row. The bonus pay was nice but I’d never want to do it again.

Kudos to Virtua Health for hosting this interview. The healthcare community needs more discussions like this.
